Prior to establishing McLeod Cobb Investments she was a Partner with her family office, McLeod Sears, and a Development Partner with NewQuest Properties for nearly a decade. In both her role at McLeod Sears and NewQuest, she worked on acquiring and leading new development projects throughout the country. McLeod-Cobb has extensive project leasing experience across multiple markets. She is a third generation real estate broker, native Texan, mother to Henry, Oliver, and Elizabeth, and wife to Michael. She is also focused on shattering the silence of stillbirth and reducing the 24,000 preventable stillbirths occurring yearly in the United States through her son’s public charity, Oliver’s Way.
